Stacey did an amazing job for my clients, the Cardinas. She went above and beyond to accommodate us at every turn and there were many. This was a very stressful time for the buyer as he is retiring from the military and was trying to handle everything from out of state. We went thru three different contracts and even more offers trying to find the right home. Stacey was always available evenings, weekends, whenever we had a question and did a lot of hand holding to get us closed.
Stacey is always a pleasure to work with she always updates my clients through the process and is always available to answer any questions.

We enjoyed working with Stacey. She was wonderful. One thing that we would like to see improved for future transactions that may occur is better communication between the loan processor/underwriter (not Stacey) and the home purchaser. There were moments of poor communication that caused undue stress and frustration for us at times during the process
