So glad I found someone who listens and understands my concerns. Would definitely recommend.
I absolutely love my providers, however it’s difficult to get in touch with billing, even though my insurance hasn’t changed at all this year, my copay is different every time even when my insurance says it has stayed the same. Also, despite their phone system saying to book an appointment online, there isn’t a way to actually book online, so that’s frustrating.
Lifestance is awesome! Stacy Johnson is the most amazing provider. She works with me and listens to me and I've followed her across practices for that reason! Lifestance's online interface is super easy to use, and the reminders are very helpful. My only qualm is there's sometimes audio issues, but other than that, awesome service!
Dr. Stacy is fantastic. She's very personable, listens carefully to my concerns. Offers helpful suggestions. I'm so glad I found her for my psychiatrist!
I'm so glad to have found LifeStance and Stacy Johnson when I did. Working with her has been easy, I feel like she takes the time to understand me, and to explain when I ask questions. I've referred two or three of my friends to LifeStance as well. Mental Health services have always seemed cryptic, out of reach, and out of my budget, but this place has been a winner.
