Just visited this newly renovated location and it is very member focused with a new lobby, drive-thru, and public accessible ATM. Really like the new design. The staff is always friendly and welcoming as you walk in the door.

Loved WyoCentral, not a fan of StagePoint. The transition was horrible. Cannot see past transactions, cannot use an atm at the branches (was told to go to another bank for their atm... which makes me wonder why we don't just switch to that other bank), the debit cards are hideous and trying to reach a person on the phone is nearly impossible. So far I do not think StagePoint is very good at all.
