I bought 80 boxes of hardwood to put all hardwood flooring in my house. The installer notified me that the product was substandard and would scratch with his fingernail. I tried to send it back but Standard Tile would not take it back without a 50 percent restock fee. They would not stand behind their product. I will never do business with them again.
