I recently bought a house that was supposed to have a door and lock fixed from stanek windows. However it was not done prior to me moving in as expected. The previous owner had put in a request and stanek windows sent someone out who thought that the they were asking for a new door when it was just the glass panel and the lock complex that needed to be replaced, so nothing was done at that point. Poor workmanship and worse service after the sale . First install team. Said that windows to big for frame won’t fit ! They sent out the guy who measured it they hacked it in now one window won’t open and the other has torn seals . Call then and nothing but the run around if they even answer the phone at all . I would never recommend them to anyone !
