This is my first time seeing Dr Shoss. Dr. Shoss is very attentive and thorough . He ask a lot of questions to understand fully what’s ailing me as a patient. After examining me, he discussed the causes and remedies to deal with my problems. Plus the possibilities of further damage to my health if correct treatment is not administered right away. Dr. Shoss has provided excellent health care for me for many years. He was originally referred to me by another of his ENT clients. He cares about his patients, as evidenced by his willingness to examine me in emergency situations ( which fortunately are rare). He’s always open to explanations of treatment options. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Shoss was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained my post Covid symptoms very well and recommended over the counter drugs to alleviate my lingering stuffy head and nasal congestion.
I was experiencing significant hearing loss, so I scheduled a visit with Dr. Shoss. He saw that there was a blockage in both ears, removed them very carefully, and my hearing was fully restored. He made sure things were ok by giving me a hearing test which came out fine. He made me feel very relaxed and confident in his procedure. I will be recommending him to friends and family.
