I have been a resident here for 6 months. I have a legal signed lease agreement requesting me to purchase $100,000 renters insurance policy. No problem, I do not pay this month to month and instead i purchased 12 months worth in advance and submitted it on move in day. 4 months went by with no issues until a new manager named Amelia took over as property manager. Very friendly manager and very accommodating. Was able to have a tour, sign my lease, and move in within a week! Apartment is very well kept and a great size for me and my cats. Very truthful when they say they are pet friendly. I also love that even though we're near the highway, it is tucked back far enough I'm not hearing traffic going by!
For an apartment in Stanley, this is the place. The units are spacious and well equipped. The one aspect that made my time at Stanley Apartments truly unique though was working with Amelia. She happily accommodated my special requests for move in and was always prompt at handling any concerns while I was a tenant. If work warrants that I live in Stanley again, I would not even consider any other housing arrangement.
Still very new, but have had a positive experience so far! Looking forward to exploring all the community has to offer. Very appreciative of the free DirectTV, WiFi, and gym use.
I’ve called several times trying to inquire about my paid application, and no one gets back to me. The call center is absolutely of no help. This place is a SCAM! Update 9.28.24 I have yet to hear back from anyone. Definitely a scam.
