Yesterday had a telehealth appointment with the doctor I was referred to after an inpatient stay. Firstly the thunderstorm threatened to end the visit but we agreed to take a break and let bad weather pass. Second the doctor was very patient with my somewhat lack of techno-savvy as I am nearing 70 years old. Given those challenges he established rapport and we agreed to continue services.
Dr. Chima was professional and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience!
Mr. Chima has been doing wonderful work with me. He listens and helps me work through my issues. He also helps me with solutions.
It was just an initial meeting. Looking forward to our next one!
So far, everything has went smoothly. I feel like my provider is addressing my issues in regards to medications and what I should be taking and not taking.
