Mr. Chima is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I have been a patient for a couple of years and have been very satisfied with the care received.
Yesterday had a telehealth appointment with the doctor I was referred to after an inpatient stay. Firstly the thunderstorm threatened to end the visit but we agreed to take a break and let bad weather pass. Second the doctor was very patient with my somewhat lack of techno-savvy as I am nearing 70 years old. Given those challenges he established rapport and we agreed to continue services.
Dr. Chima was professional and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience!
Mr. Chima has been doing wonderful work with me. He listens and helps me work through my issues. He also helps me with solutions.
