The Apartments are nice and was a decent place to live. In the last few months people have moved in that are extremely loud and disrespectful. Until they are gone i wouldn't recommend staying here. Management refuses to do anything about their behavior!
Place has really gone down hill. Police have been here 3 times in the last 2 months for drug busts and loud parties. Trash and beer cans are in halls now. Places are being sublet so management doesn’t even know, or care who’s living here. Several tenants have complained and moved out. Could be a nice place. Hopefully I can update soon.
The place has gone down hill, it takes forever to get someone to respond to you on rental questions, they charge you a by the month fee when your not even renting by the month, and no one will respond back to your questions online. the building is supposed to be a secured building and it hasn't been secured for over a year and a half, or longer. No management response, good luck trying to get anything done.
They have no office on site and while the main office will answer the phone the property manager won't answer hers. And because there's no office on site the hours are wrong.
