I recently signed up for new service with this company. Superior customer service starting in the Saratoga/Stantonsburg office all the way through to the service department in Goldsboro. The employees in the offices were pleasant to work with and the service crew that installed the tank and gas line were professional and did a flawless job. I highly recommend this company!
We would like to give a big thank you to the Tidewater service crew out of Goldsboro, NC. We have been in our “old” house for only a couple years but we have had the service crew out several times for the giant network of gas lines we have on this house (9 fireplaces), new kitchen stove installation and pool installation. They always go above and beyond when they come here to work and they seem to have a genuine interest in our safety, peace of mind and satisfaction with their work. Thank you so much!!!!
