I came recently with my husband to watch sinners and we really enjoyed our experience. Once you go up the escalators you are greeted instantly. I was blown away by the beauty of the lobby. They have really given this movie theater a luxurious feel. We’ve only been to the star cinema on hwy 6, but this is just as nice or even nicer . The bathrooms were squeaky clean. Also our seats were so comfortable and they recline. Overall we really had a great time.

Went to this theater to watch the long walk. From the minute we walked in we’re greeted at the front door . Manager Vanessa spoke to us and was respectful and courteous. The seats were amazingly comfortable and our server was very respectful. The food was brought out in a very timely manner and the service was great. I downloaded the app and made this theater my first choice. We will definitely be returning. The theater were very clean along with the bathrooms. They have definitely won my business.

Tonight was my first time ever at Star Cinema Grill and I had an extravagant experience! Penelope was extremely patient and not overbearing, not even the slightest! Her timing, as when to check in with us was superb! I enjoyed her countenance and service. AJ was kind, resourceful and set the overall ambience. It was a really great experience! Are hair nets no longer a thing?? Food safety?? Quality?? Will not be back. The two stars are for the waiter because he was kind but this place made me sick to my stomach literally and figuratively. Ordered Nachos and a Margarita, popcorn came with the seats. The margarita took forever to come and when it did, it was melted (I assume they forgot about it). The atmosphere at this location is really beautiful and elegant. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well. I was personally escorted from the entrance to my theatre and seat by the owner, Omar, who was very welcoming. The upgraded seats are 100% worth it, with seat warmers, massage chairs, privacy, and blankets provided. Food is really great, the loaded fries are amazing. Will definitely be revisiting often!
