Since I moved to Texas 3 years ago, I have furnished the majority of my house with furniture from Star Fine furniture. Anyone who walks in my home always comment if the beautiful furniture. The team at Star Fine Furniture are great. They let you browse without bugging you, and go out of their way with any questions. Barry and Rhonda were a pleasure to work with and the store manager was also very pleasant.
I just got a thing in the mail talking about your store closing sale, and I’m really not that surprised. When you sold us our recliner, you had informed us that the loose handle would be tightened upon delivery and that we shouldn’t worry about that at all….. you were wrong, and no one ever tightened anything….. and us tightening it fixed nothing cause it was just partially broken, and eventually just snapped right off that $1,000+ chair. We stopped in to Star Fine Furniture in Dickenson looking for a large living room rug and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Barry. He was quite helpful without being pushy. We found a beautiful rug, just the right size and color and Barry made arrangements to get it put in our vehicle. The young lady that checked us out was also very friendly and polite. The price was EXCELLENT! It was a great experience all around.
What a fantastic experience! We were helped along the way to pick out a beautiful leather sofa, and everyone was so friendly and sweet! The store is beautifully decorated, the store members are very knowledgeable about their products, and the furniture they carry is top quality! Barry was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Barry encouraged trying the seating, fabric, texture. Prices were beyond reasonable with fabric protection and product. Delivery and pick up for old stuff also amazing and affordable.They were Veteran friendly too ! Thank You Star Furniture ❤️❤️❤️
