We've been working with the Starline Team and their Turo business helping them with their cars and have been a pleasure to work with every time. We know we can depend on receiving a payment right after our guys take care of their cars. We'd highly recommend them and will continue working with them.
Put in an application, did a tour, Caroline basically said the place was mine and I was qualified through my Zillow and starline app, sent the deposit. 24 hours later had not heard anything from her or her team so i reached out to check on the lease status. My girlfriend and I were interested in an apartment listed for $2900 and submitted an application through Zillow. The very next day, Starline raised the price of the listing to $3400, which was no longer within our budget. Caroline acknowledged that a mistake had been made, but refused to pay us back the $70 that we lost on our Zillow application due to HER MISTAKE. The whole experience with Caroline felt very unprofessional and left me with the impression that she has no idea what she's doing. AVOID.
