This place changed my life. Staff is amazing counselor's were awesome...the house is beautiful. They saved my life
Their website say to not let financial matters stop you from inquiring so I called trying to get help for my sister and that could not be any further from the truth. They immediately let me know I would need to come up with half of the 28k for a 30 day program upfront. So disappointing
I completed the recovery process at the Starlite location in Kerville. I was helped by the staff dye to do many grievances I was about to leave ( grievances against staff ( nurses and resident ) and helpers me move forward to the PHP program. Once I started my process I advised the discharge employee if all necessary appointments I had to complete. Everyone was in board.
