I had a recent closing with StarTex Title, who I’ve never worked with before. Brecken Winslow was our escrow officer, who was so warm, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the process. My clients moved to Houston from out of state, so it was a stressful process for them. The small details, like Brecken offering their children coloring materials at closing, went a long way to show she cared! My clients commented about how smooth the process went and how comfortable and informed they felt the whole way through.
Karen & Felicia provided outstanding service and support as we sold my brother-in-law's home. They identified an outstanding lien early on and gave me superb advice with how to handle it. Closing and signing were straight forward and easy. Their association with the Pikoff Team made the whole process of selling the home easy. Thanks for the awesome work!
Exceptional service every time we close with StarTex of Pearland. The level or professional and proficiency cannot be matched. Excellent communication from start to finish. If there are ever any issues that need to be handled quickly I know Karen and Felicia have it covered. Kevin has always been great with maintaining relationships with agents and that’s one of the reasons I’ll keep coming back. They have a stellar team over there and it works!
Karen was professional, very thorough and well informed. She really helped us understand the process and each document. She graciously answered our questions. The receptist was very kind and welcoming. It was a top notch experience.
This group is always responsive and on time with closings. We enjoy their constant communications and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend them as you will see why they have been such a wonderful group to work with over the years.
