DO NOT rent from this company. No matter how dire your living situation may be, don't make things worse by signing a lease with these criminals. It's a massive corporation that doesn't upkeep their properties or enforce the lease agreement. You will live miserably with loud neighbors, roach infestations, and their refusal to execute maintenance requests. Trust me, I'm a tenant. Just keep looking.
DANGEROUS AND INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. Pumped my apartment full of dangerous chemicals giving me a massive headache and refuse to tell me what they are. Should have fixed my bathtub on may 1st when I moved in and put it on the move in report - before I lived here - but blew me off so they had to make the repair while I was living in the unit with my dog and cat subjecting all of us to harm. DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR BUILDINGS.
