Rented from this place for about 9 months. Really nice staff answered phone calls and texts all the time and I'm really surprised that it really was cool all the time as a storage unit. Really professional service was amazing. I'm so glad that I'm able to give them five stars and showcase some of the storage unit. Definitely a great place to use. No problems. I love the convenience of going anytime of the year because of the temperature-controlled storage facility. The building is clean, secure and well lit inside, which makes accessing my unit feel safe at any time of the day. The climate control keeps my belongings protected from heat and humidity and I feel confident storing my items there.
The 2 carts provided are often broken and dirty. Last time I went there was improvement. Also, contacting customer service is not easy. But Shirley is helpful and friendly when you can contact her. The facility is secure with cameras. Lots of hardware outside that might puncture tires. The staff needs to sweep around where vehicles drive.
I utilized their service during my deployment and I was satisfied. Service was amazing and was easy to get ahold of them. They are always willing to work with you based on your situation. For the military, this is needed. Easy to move in and out. Rolling flat carts available to use. There is a small elevated platform on the side of the building to offload. This was useful loading in a truck and uhaul. I highly recommend!
Do not support this company will be leaving unit asap. Today, we were racially profiled trying to get our own belongings from this texas based company. Will go local. Sent supposedly there security/owner... look into my partners empty truck while I took a rest in my car waiting on him to come out with boxes. Everyone is fully aware of all the signs posted saying they are watching you. Had no idea it was only for black customers so they can harass you while you pay monthly for a unit.
