Took my bike there after getting a flat for a tire replacement 1. Was told they’d call me before purchasing a tire. Don’t hear from them for a long time. 2. Suddenly get an invoice telling me they’d bought the tire and put it on without notifying me. 3. Back tire replacement for a light, low-end bike cost me $400. Shop acknowledged they’d messed up and knocked off $40, so they get a star back.
Guy was really chill and professional. He knew a lot about gas scooters and motorcycles man. It felt like he had 10 years of experience and he was doing his best to help me. The diagnosis is very expensive tho but he finds a way to make it cheaper
Super professional and understanding staff. Its Hard to find a motorcycle shop that can be transparent & deliver whats promissed which this place is. They took great care of my Indian. Ben, the mechanic and receptionist were awesome. 👌For sure, I will keep coming coming back
1000% pure morons - called about a simple job - replacing the inner tube from my scooter. it's already half off, and disconnected.. guys called it a "Big Job" and the owner said "Buy a New Wheel" - OH, and just get a motor too uh? PURE MORONS - I'd NEVER GO HERE FOR ANY REASON.. what a bunch of clowns REAL MEN.. like me who served this country During Wartime.. while you sat around making stupid online comments per inability to CHANGE a TIRE..
