I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mandas and the staff that took care of me last year. Front desk was friendly and professional and the nurse that I was assigned also was great. I am going to schedule an appointment for my husband this year as we are closer to Gahanna now.
After an excellent experience having a bunion removed 15+ years ago I have been calling for the last 2 days to schedule another appointment. Both times I was on hold for 4-5 minutes before another automated intercept came on the line to apologize; if I wished to continue holding, the additional estimated wait time would be 9 minutes. Nope.
Everyone was friendly and professional. Care was delivered in a timely manor. Dr. Mandas listened to my concerns and directed my treatment plan accordingly. He was responsive and communicated clearly explaining the options available taking the best course of action.
Had a totally pleasant experience. Very courteous to your needs. My nurse rocked. Becky I think. Doctor Mandas's nurse. And Ariel at the front desk was wonderful. Hope I spelled your name right.
Dr. Black did a wonderful job on my 2 ingrown toenails and walked me through the whole process before and during the procedure. Staff was just as friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
