I’ve been a patient of Stephanie’s for a couple years now, and she has helped me in more ways than one. Healing and growth take time and Stephanie has helped me focus on my journey. I’ve made so much progress with her, in my personal opinion. She is affirming, validating, and accepting. I recommend LifeStance and Stephanie, the doctors I have worked with so far have been fantastic. Stephanie is an excellent therapist! She is caring, supportive, and she will always hold a safe space for you.
I have worked with Stephanie in 2020 and I am working with her now. She is absolutely lovely, sweet and caring. She takes her time to listen to our problems and achievements. I’ve been seeing Stephanie for 6.5 years and I like her to the point that I kept her as my therapist via telehealth after moving 1300 miles away. She’s sharp enough to see problems weeks before I do, she keeps me accountable to the point that I’ve stopped trying to run away from my own bad habits (because it’s pointless to try to slip something past her), and she pours her absolute heart and soul into her clients. I have been seeing Stephanie for the past month or so and have not had the best experience. She is a sweet lady, but I wouldn't say counseling is the field for her to be in as she isn't very dependable or intelligent. As someone struggling with anxiety, she was not able to provide me with any real tools/techniques/ coping mechanisms or provide any educated feedback to help better my day to day. She has helped me tremendously. She’s been there for me whenever I needed help. She has nothing but nice and positive responses. I highly recommend her if you have anxiety and depression.
