I'm not an easy borrower. My tax return is 1" thick. It's super complicated. Other loan agents didn't return my calls after looking at it. It is hard to get a conforming loan for someone like me as the government has set up the guidelines to handle simple tax returns. Stephanie powered through it. She deducted depreciation, capital expenses on my rental properties, etc and poured through it. I'm sure she spent a full day just figuring it out.
