Stephanie Perkins helped me through the grief of losing my father. A lot of the anxiety and depression I was experiencing came from his failing health. It's hard to watch your parents age! She helped me understand how to cope, and the self-care I needed to practice to heal. I really don't think I would be in the good place I'm in now without her help. When you talk with Stephanie, you feel like you're talking to a friend you've had for years. She's professional, non-judgemental and compassionate.
I’ve been seeing Stephanie Perkins at LifeStance Health for over a year. I love our sessions. Stephanie is personable, kind, caring and truly loves what she does. She has taught me strategies and given me tools to navigate through anxiety, depression, insomnia, self esteem issues and more! I highly recommend her! Call and make an appointment. You won’t regret it.
I nor my children see Stephanie professionally, and I don’t recommend any one too. Stephanie is unprofessional. She reached out to my minor child to manipulate her to get her to not speak to me. I have messages between Stephanie and her friends stating her intentions. I don’t believe she has any morals, ethics or standards and is definitely not above manipulating her own children to not speak to their father. As previously stated, I do not recommend anyone see her professionally.
