Lifestance is a pretty fair place. I love my counselor! She is the most capable person I have experienced at lifestance, I am not crazy about the new system and the amount of time it takes to actually get in to my telehealth appointment. I feel that it is pointless to go through all the questionnaires before the appointment. Why can’t we simply have a log in code?
Outstanding!!! Felt right at home right from the start. Showed compassion and sensitivity to all my needs. Addressed everything that I needed to deal with. And approached a plan through everything. Very personable, pleasant, professional yet easily approachable. very blessed to have a winner!!!
This is the easiest and best therapy experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been to therapy on and off for 40 years!!
