Stephanie has been absolutely wonderful. Long story short, I had a stroke in August. I've lived for months feeling like I was trapped inside someone else's body. Since starting at Alliance, I'm beginning to feel like "me" again. Steph pushes me (in a good way!) every visit. I leave feeling better and better everyday. Thank you for helping me reclaim my happiness and strength!
Stephanie is an amazing and outgoing athletic trainer. She greets her patients, with a welcoming smile when anyone enters the facility. Stephanie will take the time out to show me various physical exercises I need to do to for my knee injury. Stephanie also provided me with home exercises to help me heal faster.
Steph has been a huge part of my great experience at Alliance. She does a great job of explaining why and how each movement and exercise I’m doing will help me with my workouts, competitions, and runs. She’s extremely patient and thoughtful when it comes to our sessions, and I trust her judgment and guidance 100%. If you’re with Steph, you’re in good hands!!
