I see Doc Simmons every three months for “trigger point injections” in my shoulders for the past 15 years. Doc Simmons and frankly everyone there are the best. They care about the patients. Doc Simmons handle the ND track team and he’s been an Olympic physician which you know they only use the best!
I have appreciated his help and humor over the years. Great help every time. Good Mindset of fitness and running makes his advice better than most doctors.
Absolutely prejudiced towards overweight patients. Only go to him if you’re an athlete. Read on about my encounter with him. He told me I was a high risk patient. Then he berated me about needing to lose weight before fixing a sports hernia. He said there was only one surgeon he recommended that could do my procedure, and he works only with athletes that are 120 pounds. Very disappointed in the care my daughter received. She had wrist pain for months. No treatment. He said "she doesn't have to cheer. If it still bother her later make another appointment." Shocked we found a new doctor.
Was able thru a very accommodating woman to get a fast appointment. Dr Simons was very thorough, I felt confident in his diagnosis.
