The level of expertise at this store is excellent! From the moment I walked through the door, I instantly felt comfortable! There were no high pressure selling techniques and I was treated very respectfully. I was greeted by Charlie and he asked me what brought me to the store. I told him I wished to upgrade my speakers. He asked what I presently had thinking he would help guide me to an upgraded speaker. I went to Sterotypes looking for a very specific concert type sound speakers where all the instruments were separated rather than jumbled together. My first expectation was that the sales person Steven would go over what I was looking for and then guide me to the most expensive speakers in the store and ratchet down from there. That was not the case. He listened to what I was looking for and do to his extreme knowledge of all the equipment he nailed it perfectly on the second comparison.
