I recently moved into a Sterling Creek Property. The entire team has been extremely helpful and I feel like I won the landlord jackpot! It is very apparent that my happiness is just as important as the bottom line. They respond immediately to any small issue that arises and have been extremely flexible with me and my needs. I can't imagine every renting from anyone else!
Please note that I am redacting my previous post of allegations against Sterling Creek Properties LLC and issuing this revised and more accurate statement. I would not recommend leasing from this company. I incurred multiple inconveniences during my stay which, while I receive compensation in one form or another, were inconvenient none the less. This place is horrible. Go anywhere else. They are money hungry and never fix any maintenance problems. I had an AC issue the entire time I was there. It only worked in one out of three bedrooms (but they did add a decorative vent to make it look like it worked when I moved in.) I also had an issue with hundreds of slugs crawling up through the cracks in the floor that Sterling Creek couldn't help me with. So, I was stuck sprinkling salt on the floor. Been without a working air conditioner for almost two weeks. People at sterling creek haven't been professional as far as getting back to us in a timely matter to let us know what is going on with the situation. Not satisfied at all.
