I noticed I had some water damage when I was in my attic. I called several roofing/exterior companies to get estimates for repairs. My call to Sterling exteriors was answered immediately, and Rick was out the same the day to diagnose my problem. I was greeted with a handshake and a smile upon his arrival. Sterling was incredibly helpful throughout my insurance claim process, and did an amazing job replacing my roof! I had never replaced a roof, or had a homeowner's insurance claim. They patiently explained each step to me and guided me through the process. I would absolutely recommend them and I would work with them again in a heartbeat!
Rick and his crew were wonderful to work with. Rick was available on site for most of the work and if he wasn’t there, he was always a quick text away. His communication was great! The crew did a wonderful job repairing box gutters and old rotten boards around our house. Each time an individual job was completed, Rick would send us a picture of the work for approval. All of the repair work was quality! Thank you Sterling Exteriors and Rick!
Could not be happier with Sterling Exterior. They replaced my roof, Rick worked with my insurance and made the entire process simply and easy. I had them come back and do some work on my siding and was thrilled with the work. They communicated everything, was professional, and the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend the company to anyone!
Thrilled with the results of my new roof. Removal of the two layers was a big job. Sterling Exteriors did an AMAZING job with removal and cleanup, all in one day! And I won’t lie, it was a lot of work. I couldn’t be happier. And the new look is fabulous! Thank you Sterling Exteriors!
