Only rented for a year from this company. If my short experience with this property management I will never lease from them. Made a phone call about a lease for a house. Left a message didn’t get a return call. So I decided to call back. I was immediately meet with harsh sharp and rude. I all ready leased it! I was okay I just saw the sign yesterday. She did offer another location. My husband and I relocated from WI and from the very beginning, Diana was incredibly helpful. She was even willing to do a walk-through on video chat with us when we were still deciding. The move in was easy, and when we had some trouble getting into the gate, she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We’re very impressed! Not to mention our home is amazing!
We just started our 2nd year in a Sterling Property House and are extremely happy with the service. We’ve had a few minor needs and they have been handled expediently and completely. The Maintenance department has responded within 24 hours and fixed the issue within the next 48 hours for non emergency repairs. Thank you.
Moved into a dirty house. Easily removed shower scum, dirty base boards throughout the house, grease on kitchen cabinets. Mentioned sticks/leaves/dirt at front entrance before moving in and was told a walk through would be conducted before move in. House was in same condition, spider colonies and all. Was then told cleaners dont come for minor things. Have had 2 workers come to property without any communication or heads up.
