We are having a great experience with Sterling. Diana was very helpful during check in last March. We have enjoyed living here and the maintenance help is great as well! As a former tenant of Sterling Properties, I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received during and after my tenancy. My experience has been fraught with unfair charges, poor communication, and what I believe to be violations of the Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. My initial call for gutter repair was handled efficiently and professionally. The repair work done quickly and the repair work was quality. All my contacts with Sterling Property Management have been very positive and professionally handled
Been renting with Sterling for more than a year now and have not had any issues. Only had two or three service requests, and they were resolved in short order. Sterling is good at communicating with their tenants and the service people are polite and helpful. However, woukd like the ability to pay rent online without having to use Bill Pay at my bank. We live far from Sterling's office and it's a haul driving out there to drop off a check. Would recommend this property manager.
Eddie Martinez responded yesterday for a few minor repairs that were needed. Not only was he extremely helpful he addressed each maintenance issue with a smile and he is an amazing employee. He really positively represents Sterling and was a pleasure to interact with.
