I loved my condo and the owner of it but anytime something went wrong and I had to go through Sterling… it took months. I would let them know all the things that needed to be fixed and occasionally some would be resolved. However, when I moved out I got less than half of my deposit back. I was charged for repainting the whole place (when there had been no damage to the paint) and for repairs that were needed before I moved in or that had already been reported! Debra Kuykendall was very pleasant to work with. There was a mixup with a rent payment I had made on the portal. It was definitely a screw up on my end but when I talked to her over the phone to explain it she was very understanding and is allowing me to get everything corrected which I will be doing this evening. Looking forward to hopefully buying the home we are renting in the coming months but overall we have had a good experience with Sterling
I sold my home in July and moved into my rental home in June. Sterling properties has surpassed my expectations as a former hone owner. If I have a question they are easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend Sterling Properties.
Great until it's time to move out. They will find any/every excuse to withhold your deposit. As others have stated, I also used their recommended contractors and still had part of my deposit withheld (stolen). Elizabeth is horrible to deal with and will flat out lie to you. They owed me money for prorated rent and she used part of my security deposit to give me the rent refund I was entitled to receive. We are having a great experience with Sterling. Diana was very helpful during check in last March. We have enjoyed living here and the maintenance help is great as well! They came and fixed our yard to help with drainage issues. They did an excellent job 👏 👍🏻 🙌!! We have enjoyed our experience with Sterling Properties. Thank you!
