They’re great to rent from. The property maintenance guy is really helpful and always quick to send someone out for a repair. The office people worked with me through the shutdown when I wasn’t getting paid for over a month and helped me get through all that. All in all a great place to rent from!!!
Debra Kuykendall was very pleasant to work with. There was a mixup with a rent payment I had made on the portal. It was definitely a screw up on my end but when I talked to her over the phone to explain it she was very understanding and is allowing me to get everything corrected which I will be doing this evening. Looking forward to hopefully buying the home we are renting in the coming months but overall we have had a good experience with Sterling
I loved my condo and the owner of it but anytime something went wrong and I had to go through Sterling… it took months. I would let them know all the things that needed to be fixed and occasionally some would be resolved. However, when I moved out I got less than half of my deposit back. I was charged for repainting the whole place (when there had been no damage to the paint) and for repairs that were needed before I moved in or that had already been reported! We are having a great experience with Sterling. Diana was very helpful during check in last March. We have enjoyed living here and the maintenance help is great as well! They came and fixed our yard to help with drainage issues. They did an excellent job 👏 👍🏻 🙌!! We have enjoyed our experience with Sterling Properties. Thank you!
I have lived here for 4+ years. I love my home and have nothing but positive experiences to report. The management team is highly responsive on the rare occasion I've needed anything; I appreciate that they are helpful and timely. The home is a great floor plan, insulated well (equals affordable utility bills!), and my neighbor is wonderful. There's not much I would change, and those are just personal style preferences!
