Debra Kuykendall was very pleasant to work with. There was a mixup with a rent payment I had made on the portal. It was definitely a screw up on my end but when I talked to her over the phone to explain it she was very understanding and is allowing me to get everything corrected which I will be doing this evening. Looking forward to hopefully buying the home we are renting in the coming months but overall we have had a good experience with Sterling

Had to take them to court for illegally withholding too much from my security deposit. I'm sure they do this with every tenant knowing most won't know the laws and won't bother fighting it. I tried resolving outside of court but they were not willing to budge. According to the Cleveland court records, I'm not the first one that has had this issue with them.

They’re great to rent from. The property maintenance guy is really helpful and always quick to send someone out for a repair. The office people worked with me through the shutdown when I wasn’t getting paid for over a month and helped me get through all that. All in all a great place to rent from!!!

Amy was amazing and went out of her way to help my kiddos any I. She went into the office on her time off to make sure my babies and I were able to get our application processed and into the home that day! We were extremely blessed! ❤️

We are having a great experience with Sterling. Diana was very helpful during check in last March. We have enjoyed living here and the maintenance help is great as well! They came and fixed our yard to help with drainage issues. They did an excellent job 👏 👍🏻 🙌!! We have enjoyed our experience with Sterling Properties. Thank you!
