Only rented for a year from this company. My husband and I relocated from WI and from the very beginning, Diana was incredibly helpful. She was even willing to do a walk-through on video chat with us when we were still deciding. The move in was easy, and when we had some trouble getting into the gate, she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We’re very impressed! Not to mention our home is amazing!
We just started our 2nd year in a Sterling Property House and are extremely happy with the service. We’ve had a few minor needs and they have been handled expediently and completely. The Maintenance department has responded within 24 hours and fixed the issue within the next 48 hours for non emergency repairs. Thank you.
They’re great to rent from. The property maintenance guy is really helpful and always quick to send someone out for a repair. The office people worked with me through the shutdown when I wasn’t getting paid for over a month and helped me get through all that. All in all a great place to rent from!!!
We are having a great experience with Sterling. Diana was very helpful during check in last March. We have enjoyed living here and the maintenance help is great as well! They came and fixed our yard to help with drainage issues. They did an excellent job 👏 👍🏻 🙌!! We have enjoyed our experience with Sterling Properties. Thank you!
