We are having a great experience with Sterling. Diana was very helpful during check in last March. We have enjoyed living here and the maintenance help is great as well! When I first moved in everything was great, until it wasn’t! First they lost my money order and then harasses me until we were able to get it replaced. The in mid January 2025 they told us they were selling the property (which we found out was actually already sold) and we had 5 weeks to find a new home, which was fine. As a former tenant of Sterling Properties, I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received during and after my tenancy. My experience has been fraught with unfair charges, poor communication, and what I believe to be violations of the Oklahoma Residential Landlord and Tenant Act. My initial call for gutter repair was handled efficiently and professionally. The repair work done quickly and the repair work was quality. All my contacts with Sterling Property Management have been very positive and professionally handled
Eddie Martinez responded yesterday for a few minor repairs that were needed. Not only was he extremely helpful he addressed each maintenance issue with a smile and he is an amazing employee. He really positively represents Sterling and was a pleasure to interact with.
