Tim was available to me at all stages of the process. Some stages of the process snuck up on me, but I guess that's the nature of home-buyimg process! I would recommend Leader One and Tim to a friend or family member.

Tim and his team did a great job of sticking with us throughout the entire home buying process. There was no pressure to use LeaderOne as our lender after our initial meeting, but I'm glad we did. Their pre-approval and underwriting process was easy to navigate. Commissions/Fees were reasonable and could be matched to competitors where possible. Would highly recommend to others looking for a lender with a good local presence.
