Our mortgage officer, Steve, was wonderful to work with and assist with any needs that popped up. We never had to worry about our process in the mortgage steps. However, our underwriting approval process was strenuous on the communication siding due to Heather unable to effectively lay out all that she needed from us. Many back and forths with her have led to stress on our end and having to extend our contingency dates with the sellers.
