As someone with terrible anxiety at the dentist, I felt so at ease and comfortable coming into the office. I was immediately greeted with warmth and kindness by a staff member when entering the building. Post-op instructions were very clearly given verbally and on paper. Dr. Shufflebarger and team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. From answering my questions, to assisting with health savings account claims, to text updates on the day of procedure, his staff were exceptionally helpful. They were also very kind to my nervous teen helping her to feel comfortable for her procedure. Highly recommend for wisdom teeth extraction!
My son had a great visit! They took care of him quick and well. The nurses were super nice and thorough, and he told me the surgeon knew what he was doing and made him feel more relaxed about the whole procedure!
Could've spent HOURS with the staff just chatting about our love for foods (although I had no eaten in 12+ hours lol). Given this was my first time doing IV Sedation, Dr. Steve's office NAILED IT; 10/10 recommended! For those who want to know what it's like inside the offices - you'll find yourself surrounded by perfectly lit luxury. An environment that suits the needs of your appointment without disappointment. They provided me with the emergency care I needed while showing understanding and respect to my husband and I, fluid teamwork and a family feeling of genuine care! Sedation was required and the process was painless and explained thoroughly. My experience was one of perfection and I will continue to always use this practice if needing their available service!
