I would recommend Dr. Daube to any close friends or family members. Dr. Daube performed an emergency c-section with my first child, and he was very supportive of my choice to have a vaginal birth (VBAC) with my second. My second baby didn't want to come out (his head was angled just wrongly), and Dr. Daube did a few very gentle interventions so that baby was delivered safely. My husband and I have so much respect for him.
Dr. Daube is an extremely skilled OB. I am currently pregnant with my third due November 2016. Dr. Daube delivered my second in 2013 I was super scared to have another c-section because my first (at a different hospital with a different doctor) was nothing less then a nightmare, Dr. Daube knew how scared I was he hugged me when he walked into the OR and told me everything was going to be ok... he asked me what kind of music I wanted, and talked me through the entire operation. He's Awesome!
I would and have recommended Dr. Daube to many of my friends. He has been exceedingly kind to me; either taking my calls personally or making special arrangements for a nurse or doctor to speak with me if he was unavailable. I call him Super Man! Dr, Daube has taken care of my daughter for 15-years, and first met her as a teen. During her delivery, he coached her more than I did. He was determined to deliver her without an episiotomy, and patiently poured warm mineral oil over the perineum.
I had a billing issue with the Hildale location. My ins denied my claim bec the docs office diagnosed me & never tested me. I spoke to the office who advised me that billing had not contacted them yet and she didn’t know how to change the billing codes. Then I spoke to billing who said the she told them the had already spoke to me and advised me that the billing codes would remain as is. She told me she had not spoke to billing. So she lied to me & lied to billing.
Very upsetting experience. It took a month to get me in, and once I got in I had a 1.5 hour wait before the doctor would see me. He overcharged me for a very routine exam, and when he sent me out for blood work it took him almost 2 weeks to get back to me with abnormal results. I switched doctors, and that was a very good decision on my part.
