I recommend Dr. Harter with complete confidence. He is an excellent gynecologist and surgeon. I am a person who wants to know as much as possible about the procedures performed, their consequences and the like, so I ask a lot of questions. Dr. Harter has really great knowledge and a great approach to patients. He is very friendly and down to Earth, which helps relieve the stress of the visit. Words cannot express the appreciation and gratitude I have for Dr. Harter. His bedside manner is impeccable, his nursing staff is heavenly. After moving to Vegas from California, and becoming pregnant with our second baby girl, I searched for a reputable OB, open to VBAC. Dr. Harter is a great doctor! He has great mannerisms, great medically. He did amazing on my c-section scar and even sewed my ab separation. Also did everything possible to make sure he seen me before I lost my insurance. I can’t say enough good things about him. The waits are long sometimes but it’s completely worth it for a good doctor.
Dr.Harter was a breath of fresh air! His bedside manner is awesome! The time he took to listen to me made me feel like he cared and I'm not just another patient rushing me in and out. I am truly glad I came across him and I will definitely be keeping him as my Dr! Thank you Dr Harter!
