Dr. Scaglione and his staff took the time to address my questions and concerns. He is easy to speak with and works with his patients as a partner in their health care. Being sent to a liver specialist is frightening but having a competent caring professional to guide you towards a diagnosis and plan of care is priceless.
Here at Loyola Hospital I do not feel that I am just another patient or just a number. They make me feel like if I am visiting family and bringing them my concerns which is my health. No matter how I feel they make me feel even better. Dr. Scagilonie has made me feel as part of his team. Not just another number that's coming in to see him. I really hope he does see this I am very happy to have met him to know him and to continue and getting better with him and his team by my side. God bless them all and keep them safe.
High marks for Dr Scaglione and his staff. From scheduling to office visits to virtual visits, my experiences with this group have been outstanding. Karen responds quickly and with appropriate concern to questions and both she and Dr have great interpersonal skills. Dr Scaglione is thorough and explains complex matters in a comprehensible manner to one with no medical background. He posts notes regarding visits in a timely manner.
Steve is a caring, intelligent doctor who truly communicates with his patient. He treats me as part of the team, consulting with me on what treatment is best, and explaining why we're together choosing a course of action. I love working with him!
I have nothing nothing but praise for Dr. SCAGLIONE. He treated my husband's liver cancer and it is now in remission. He takes time to listen and now is helping with cognitive problems that may be caused by the liver. I would highly recommend him.
