I just completed another 3-year check-up for everyone's favorite medical procedure. The taste and volume of of the preparation have greatly improved. I think of the first small bottle as 'wash' and the second as 'rinse,' and the taste wasn't bad. The support staff was great. I was asleep for the whole procedure and felt good when I woke up, but still observed the prohibition against driving that day. Dr. Z found my usual crop of polyps and took care of them. The analysis was posted promptly. It was a little hard to find wher... read more
Dr. Zeddun was friendly, responsive, good humored and most importantly, very informative. Given my age, I didn't want to have a procedure that carries some risk, owing to thinning tissue. He was really good about assuring me.
I had the absolute worst experience with Dr. Seddun, and I am appalled by his complete lack of care and compassion. I suffer from gastritis, and during my appointment, he showed zero interest in my pain or well-being. His bedside manners? Nonexistent. It felt like he was only interested in one thing: money. I was rushed out of the appointment in less than a minute! When I asked how I was supposed to manage my pain until my next endoscopy (which won't be for another 3 weeks!), he didn’t offer a single bit of advice or concern.... read more
I was a first time patient wanting a consultation. He walked in (late) did not make any eye contact and spouted the words without a pause, 'HelloNiceToMeetYou', sat down buried his face in his computer barely asked any questions, did not look up to address me and just said you'll need a colonoscopy and we'll take some tissue samples, you can have this done in a few days. I'll put you on the schedule. I said said no thanks and walked out. Avoid!
I have been following up with him since 20012, never provided a concert solution or answer to my situation. Always overbooked and less care or attention to patient’s concern. He seems lacking professional passtion
Very breezy. Over booked. Seems competent, with emphasis on efficiency rather than care. Not a lot of patient rapport, but friendly enough. Horrible support staff -- incredibly rude.
He's double-booked every day and doesn't give patients much attention. Tried emailing him and his responses were pretty empty.
