The lack of communication was unacceptable. I understand the lender had a "conference" which resulted in me not hearing from them for over 2 weeks; but a proxy should have been put in place. The forms to close were sent later than expected, resulting in me moving meetings around to attend the closing at a different time. Overall - I would not use or recommend this service to anyone.
