DO NOT buy a sign from this company. Read their reviews from the past 12 months and you will learn all you need to know. I did not read the reviews and now I'm stuck with a sign that doesn't even come on. You can call the numbers they give you and you can email them but you will get no reply. No service at all, whatsoever. They got their money and their done. If I could go back I would buy from a local company even if it cost much more.
I worked with Federico to troubleshoot a sign I was trying to fix for another Church. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very quick to respond to my emails and gave me numerous troubleshooting suggestions. We got the sign fixed and the Church is very happy that their sign is working again. The 4 Star rating is for the service tech Federico Castellanos. He was very nice to work with. I was not please that I had to be the service tech installing the replacement parts. I calmed down when I read a little closer about the warranty and found out it was stated about who was responsible for installation. After several months of replacing parts or rebooting the sign, it seems that the right combination of replacement parts were sent. Great customer service! Federico Castellanos has assisted our church multiple times. He is very prompt with his responses and with his guidance we have been able to resolve any issues we have had. I would recommend Stewart Signs if you are in the market.
Our non for profit organization has a sign we purchased from Stewart. Pretty much has not worked right since we received it and now it has not worked at all on over 2 years. Customer support is lackluster at best, and offers little to no help. Severely disappointed with this sign and company. We are now faced with literally scrapping this one and purchasing another from a company that actually offers support rather than endless emails that get us nowhere.
