This title company was very disorganized, requested the same paperwork on multiple occasions, even though it had previously been sent, and was quick to blame others within their own company for the confusion. Paperwork sent to them a week in advance by the lender was not looked at until minutes before the settlement creating a delay in settlement. This company was very disorganized and not on top of the file. I would not recommend this title company.
Always happy to witness people do what they love. No questions unanswered
