Cindy Young handled the closing for our new home. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We were greeted as we walked in. All COVID protocols were followed and we felt very safe while signing our paperwork, which was nice for being in a county that was a little more relaxed on COVID protocols than I was used to. One of the worst closings I’ve ever experienced. Our “Processor” Monica could not have provided less service had she tried. We were bound to use them by builders contract. Not only did Monica not take calls, she never returned 1 call! She prefers email and usually after 24 hours have passed. It’s not often I make a major real estate purchase so I had questions regarding their process and wiring funds.
