I was not going to write a review but after reconsidering I thought I would first off if you are going to be doing business with this company do it with some one other than Nikki Bott she is a person that is rude and unprofessional, My husband and I purchased a property back on 2018 we sign the documentation that needed to be signed and trusted that everything was going to be ok we signed some papers that ware not filled in and that was a mistake on our part which will never happen again. Called to ask a simple question and the lady that answered the phone was more interested in getting back to her coffee than to help me, she just rattled off another place to 'get forms'............. I've used Steward Title other times but I won't go to this particular office ever! Good grief, you have one job and that's to assist people that come to you....... That receptionist needs to find another job! Maybe one that doesn't interact with humans.
Excellent customer service, very efficient. Notary services offered. Appointments necessary. Public restroom for customers available. Free parking lot available.
