As a local real estate agent, I have used Stewart Title numerous times. Communication is easy and respond times are very quick (via phone & email) compared to competing title companies. I never wonder where the file is in processing. Toni, Lisa & Jamie are always on top of next steps and answer all my questions. Did not correctly calculate mortgage payoff. $3k + still owed to satisfy lien after closing. Totally unacceptable for a “reputable” company!

Had to wait an hour and a half because they failed to notifity the others involved that we had a closing at 3 EST. Almost dark before I got out of there. Front receptionist was very nice and friendly but the employee who had to be there for the closing viturely ignored me. I had to finally introduce myself at the end before she acknowledged me.
