Refused to give me my keys even after signing all my paperwork. Made me sit in my car on a Friday morning for 2 hours with 4 small kids with special needs. Came up with every excuse in the book why my keys couldn’t be given to me. Missed a VERY important signature on documents and prolonged the process.
The office is nicely kept. They do what they can to make you comfortable. Kathy is friendly and efficient.
