I worked with Amy Childress's team on the closing of one of my listings with Outdoor Properties of Nevada. Vicki Blackford was my point of contact. Vicki always responded promptly and was extremely helpful. There were a few complicating factors, but everything worked out in the end. I would be happy to work with them again.

Used this company for our land sale. They were not very responsive. Signed docs on Friday, Monday was a bank holiday, they didn't get docs to county in time to record on Tuesday; recorded Wednesday before lunch, but then FedEx "came to early" to get the funds out that day so funds sent overnight Thursday but by end of day so I won't be able to deposit the check until Monday......if I get the FedEx today. Meanwhile, I wonder who gets all of the interest on the money sitting in escrow for over a week.....

Nancy did a wonderful job at handling the transaction for selling my property. Most professional. This is the second time that the company has assisted me. I highly recommend that any one in the country use her and the services. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
