Stewart Title has been my go to for over 7 plus years. Pam, the branch manager is a rare gem. She goes over the moon for my clients and they always know she appreciates their business. Her expertise is unmatched in the "all things title" world. She makes sure the deed is recorded correctly and prompts you of what to look for when spam comes. Homeland Title was excellent in our recent closing! Our clients were buying a home in Spring Hill and Homeland Title made the process smooth and seamless for both us and our clients. Carolyn was very communicative and helpful. They accommodated us closing a full week earlier than initially anticipated and did so without any bumps in the road. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I own a transaction management business and therefore manage real estate transaction timelines, communication and documentation for agents in 5 states. This is definitely one of the best, if not THE best, title companies I've worked with as a TC, an agent, or my own personal deals. I have to give it to the team at Homeland Title. My wife and I closed our Refi during the COVID-19 Pandemic and they went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt safe during such an uncertain time. We did a "Drive by Closing" and Jon walked us through the whole process over the phone while we were in the safety our vehicle. Wow! Just wow. Your realtor works with a title company, you go along for the ride and don't know what to expect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We sold and bought in one fell swoop, and I'm not sure it could have gone better. Misty was AMAZING from the minute we walked in right up to the very end when she hugged me goodbye. Highly recommended. And, if I end up selling and buying again, you can be sure I'll be using Homeland again.
