I had to return to your company to pay a large fee that somehow was not included in the original closing documents with very little explanation. I provided information for the transfer of the closing sum to my money market but it was not done right and it took over a WEEK for the money to show up in my account after several follow ups. I missed out on a weeks worth of interest. My family and I will not use Stewart Title again nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Please reconsider before engaging the services of Stewart Title in St. Petersburg. We sold a small mobile home by owner and sought out prices for closing beforehand. Stewart's quote was lowest, but when it came to closing, the real cost was more than double. Numerous errors were made throughout the process, and closing was delayed more than once. Stewart Title is a great company to work with for all aspects of Title services. Jeanne Threinen is hands down the best at her profession and I only use her and her team.
