Buying a home is exciting, but it can definitely be stressful. Having the right people helping you through it makes a huge difference. Stewart Title has been awesome from start to finish. Closed on our house here the other day. Quick, easy, and professional. Sarah walked us through our paperwork and made everything super easy! We also got to meet Samantha who was extremely nice and professional along with her cute Bernese pup :)

Lori Guy, our Escrow Officer, did a great job with the closing. She patiently answered all early email questions, and all questions at closing, and follow up email questions after close. She was attentive, quick and efficient. She made copies of all documents and sent off for recording quickly. Overall, a very pleasant experience. All parties happy.

I had two closings with Stewart. In each of the closings they entered the wrong closing date. Stewart was slow and unresponsive to correct their mistakes. I did not have good experiences with Stewart. They need to do a better job checking their work. I mean come on do better. They shouldn't repeatedly be making errors like that.
