Lori Guy, our Escrow Officer, did a great job with the closing. She patiently answered all early email questions, and all questions at closing, and follow up email questions after close. She was attentive, quick and efficient. She made copies of all documents and sent off for recording quickly. Overall, a very pleasant experience. All parties happy.

Samantha/Sam was incredibly rude and unprofessional, as other reviews mention. Yelled at my husband in public for absolutely no reason, I was appalled. Have no idea why she is in a customer facing role. Closing was also delayed for no apparent reason, and she tried to blame it on the bank then berated us when we asked for an updated closing date (as if we have no right to know).
