We refinanced our Palmer home and the closer, Sharon, of Stewart Title was friendly and patient. It's also a newer building and their home decorating was stunning, to the beautiful warm fireplace and kitchen with multiple free goodies and coffee!
4.2 star overall rating is surprisingly high. Sensitive emplyees in the office take no responsibility for their actions, even after bringing mistakes to their attention they still had mistakes in the final paperwork. Dishonesty or possibly delusion, are issues with at least one of the employees. Very unprofessional. I wasn't impressed with this title company. There was a problem with the previously agreed upon buyer's credit associated with a new home purchase. Stewart Title did not want to bring this to my attention and simply handed me paperwork that would have resulted in losing over $10k dollars! I refused to sign, the agent with Stewart called both my realtor and the other party's agent and within 10 minutes the entire issue was resolved.
