i had to spend lots of energy during closing; I don't understand how they are running this office. Our closing agent Pam was out office on the day of closing (she is a nice person and knowledgeable) and other agents supposed to handle our case. 1) the agents didn't know how to balance the CD on lender's website. This is a basic job to be done by title company. they were keep complaining on my lender. Finally my lender did these people's job; i really don't know where the issues, but i am sure that title company also has it... read more
Worked out wonderfully for our first home! We missed a VA activation fee total, and I was reimbursed the difference with a check in the mail. We didn’t even notice the deficiency, but they did and made us whole without us even noticing!
