One of the best escrow teams in the area. I highly recommend Michael Eckstrand and company. The back end of Stewart is as good as it gets. Legal department and underwriting are all epic. I've been using them for over 20 years and all solid people.

Very very bad title company. Here is why 1. They recorded my deed with wrong APN 2. They recorded 2 deeds extra deeds with totally different addresses In addition to this i asked them the first time when i noticed that the deed got recorded on wrong apn that what else they messed up. They didn’t tell me anything until i noticed additional addresses showing up on my credit file. STAY AWAY from them and spare urself all the headache

If it wasn't for the sellers request we wouldn't have used them to begin with, but after the experience we had I'll pay for my own title company before I use them again.
